While I was in Krakow I had my bike serviced at Honda Kolaczek Kraków. I had tried to arrange a service in Turkey and Bulgaria but it was difficult, and knowing how professional the Polish people are – decided to wait until I got to Poland. And I was so glad I did…
The service was was brilliant. I dropped the bike at 0915 and the bike was ready by 11am. After a full service plus new rear brake pads, the cost was £345. There a waiting area with comfy chairs, phone charging points, WiFi, a proper coffee machine that grinds the beans. There was also a big bowl of chocolates, which unfortunately was pretty empty by the time I left.
This was the most efficient and friendly bike dealer I’ve ever been to. The service was second to none and you can even watch the mechanic at work through a viewing window. When the bike was ready the service manager took me outside and made sure I was happy with everything. Superb service and something you NEVER experience at UK dealerships. If it was closer, I would even consider going back to them for ALL my services.
