While in Stockholm I did take the opportunity to get out and about on the bike, and even into Stockholm. Most of it was riding around the countryside in the eastern part of the archipelego, mainly Varndon and Ingaro. Once you get out of the city, this part of Sweden is really amazing. Everywhere you ride there are trees. They are everywhere, and Swedish have been able to build roads through these forests, as well as building small towns and villages which are surrounded by trees. Anywhere else in the world they would just clear the area of trees and build, but in Sweden they do things differently, and its a wonderful thing to see.
